New Vice-Principal for Grimshaw Public School
Peace River School Division is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Ostrowerka as the Vice-Principal of Grimshaw Public School for the 2021/2022 school year.
Andrew started his teaching career with the Fort Vermillion School Division in August of 2013 as a grade 5 teacher at the Spirit of the North Community School. He then moved to High Level Public School in August of 2015 to teach junior high. Andrew began his employment with PRSD in the 2019-2020 school year at Grimshaw Public School and is currently teaching Grade 6.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta in Secondary Education and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership Studies from Memorial University. Andrew held the position of Athletic Director role at High Level Public School and in this role in 2019 he successfully organized and hosted the 2A Basketball Provincials. Andrew’s background in K to 12 education and leadership experience will ensure he is successful in his new administrative position at Grimshaw Public School.
