Why should you complete the survey?

These surveys provide the government with a quick snapshot of what is going on inside of PRSD schools. In a way, it's like an annual report card for the schools and the Division as a whole. This survey also provides us with valuable information that helps to guide our decision making. These surveys enable us to better plan the educational opportunities your students need to be successful. The more parents who fill out these surveys, the more accurate the survey results.

Alberta Education has school authorities share these results with their communities so that Albertans can see how their school authority is performing. The PRSD does this through their Annual Education Results Report. This process promotes greater accountability across the entire education system.
