Today, September 8, the Peace River School Division celebrates the power of reading and writing. We know that literacy is much more than just books—it's the foundational skill for all learning. That's why it's a key focus of one of our three goals in our five-year education plan.
Literacy is the gateway to understanding the world around us. It empowers our students to become critical thinkers, effective communicators, and lifelong learners. By focusing on literacy, we are equipping our students with the essential tools they need for success in school and beyond.
