- A deposit of 10% of the bid amount (check or bank draft payable to The Peace River School Division). Deposits will be returned to unsuccessful bidders.
- The successful bidder will be required to complete the purchase within 30 days of acceptance unless otherwise agreed.
- Any conditions of the offer (if applicable)
Other Important Information
- The Purchaser is responsible for preparing and registering all legal documents required to transfer ownership of the Property and will cover all related costs.
