Contact Tracing in PRSD Schools
Currently AHS is not conducting contact tracing and is encouraging all families to follow the Alberta Health Daily Checklist and participate in all guidelines to prevent community spread within schools.
The schools within PRSD are not able to contact trace and are relying on parents, students, and staff to follow the Alberta Health Daily Checklist before entering school every morning and to comply with COVID 19 guidelines and restrictions on a day-to-day basis.
The Peace River School Division is encouraging parents to keep their children home if they show any signs or symptoms that are outlined on the Alberta Health Daily Checklist.
Alberta Education is supplying medical grade masks and rapid test kits to all schools within our division. Schools will be receiving these shipments directly from Alberta Education.
