As families plan for the upcoming school year, please be aware that the Texas Instruments TI-84 EVO Graphing Calculator is NOT currently an approved calculator for use on Alberta Education exams, including Diploma Exams.

While the TI-84 EVO may look like a newer version of other TI-84 calculators, students will not be permitted to use this model on applicable Alberta Education exams.

If you're purchasing a calculator for your student, we encourage you to review the approved calculator list before making that purchase. We don't want families spending money on a calculator that students won't be able to use when it matters most.
