Important questions to consider
For families looking to enroll their student in an outreach program in Fairview or Peace River, it is important that they first consider the following questions:
- Is your student a Canadian citizen? If the answer is no, please contact Principal Hayden Gust prior to completing a registration form.
- Does your student have a current IPP (Individualized Program Plan)? If yes, please contact Principal Hayden Gust prior to completing a registration form.
- Does your student require accommodations for their learning needs? If yes, please contact Principal Hayden Gust prior to completing a registration form.
- Does your student struggle to work independently? If yes, please contact Principal Hayden Gust prior to completing a registration form.
Parents must complete the registration form in order for their children to be registered for the upcoming school year. A birth certificate is required. You can upload it online or you can bring a copy to the school.
NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION
- Select New Student Registration for the applicable school year.
- Sign in to your account. If this is your first time registering a student using the online registration form, you will need to create an account.
- Add student. If you have submitted registration forms in the past for another student, you may choose to import relevant information or start from scratch. Click Continue.
- Read and validate the introduction and click Next. On the next page answer the validation questions and click Next.
- Complete the registration form and submit. To register another new student click Add Another Student.
- Save and log out.
RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION
- Select Returning Student Registration for the applicable school year.
- Enter the Snapcode provided by your school and verify the information.
- Sign in to your account. If first time use, create an account.
- Read and validate the introduction, then click Next.
- Complete the registration form and submit. You may add another student if needed.
- Save and log out. You will receive finished copies by email.

A new student is one who has never been enrolled in any PRSD school or was not enrolled in a PRSD school on the last day of school in the previous school year, as well as new Kindergarten students.

Registration Checklist
- Student's Birth Certificate or Proof of Canadian Citizenship
- Mailing address and physical home address
- Supporting documents for any applicable special needs or accommodations
- Any court orders or agreements regarding parenting, custody, access, or contact
- Information about non-life threatening and life-threatening medical conditions and allergies
- Emergency contact information
*This form will time out after three minutes of inactivity. If this happens, the information you previously entered will be saved but you will need to log in again to resume the registration process.
Returning students can register once they receive a code from their school.
Register for the UPCOMING 2025-2026 School Year
A returning student is one who was enrolled in a PRSD school on the last day of the previous school year. Note that parents of returning students will receive a code from their school to update and validate their registration information online.
