New Vice-Principal for TA Norris Middle School

Peace River School Division is pleased to announce the appointment of Kimberly Holmes as Vice Principal of T. A. Norris Middle School.  

Ms. Holmes has been a teacher at T. A. Norris Middle School since August of 2013.  Her initial assignment was grades 6-8 English Language Arts, Math, Science and Social Studies.   In September of 2019, Kimberley was assigned the role of Inclusive Education Coach at T. A. Norris Middle School and has been attaining leadership experience through her position with coordinating various team meetings with staff, students, and parents; providing external supports, as well as the development of programs for students with special needs. She has a passion for making positive connections with her students which drives her leadership within the school environment to initiate a safe and caring place for students and staff.  

Kimberley received her Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta in April of 2009 where she majored in Physical Education and minored in Drama.  She is also the Collaborative Response Facilitator and has training in NVCI and ASIST.

Kimberley brings energy, compassion, and leadership skills to her new role.  T. A. Norris Middle School and the school division will benefit from her leadership.
